Our house is installed in an area of 5,215.70 m2 of land, with 909.51 m2 of built area, leaving 4,306.19 m2 to be built, in Chácara Méa in Suzano.
The area is owned by us, so our main objective was ACQUISITION (PROJECT 1) and today and CONSTRUCTION, the adequate space for children and teenagers from 0 to 18 years old (PROJECT 2 and 3)
We will achieve everything we set out to do, but we will only achieve by joining forces.
But not only as a way of having them, but as a place where they can be educated, instructed and oriented towards life and a more favorable social position than they already live.
WHY BUY THE PROPERTY
It is a good thing that the age groups are separated from each other, even because, assuming that with the arrival of adolescence, we all like to have our privacy (a special little place), separation by age is a necessary fact. . (PROJECT 2)
All adolescents will be treated in a way that they may have the option of learning a profession, religious orientation (free will), sexual, psychological, pedagogical, social, etc., guided by a specialized technical team, in accordance with the determinations of the ECA (articles 90 to 97), so that with that we can try to train suitable people and with a minimum of concepts of morals and good customs. (PROJECTS 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8).
For the leisure and entertainment of our children and adolescents, it is necessary to create a playroom and an audio and video room for reading, showing cultural films, cartoons, etc. (PROJECT 16).
Construction of the sports and leisure court, and the space will also be used for events in the health area, which can be scheduled later (PROJECT 9, 10 and 12).
The formation of a gym for the treatment of HIV positive people with lipodystrophy. (PROJECT 11).
The construction of two bathrooms for visitors, as well as the construction of a bathroom for inmates, as the ones we have are precarious and do not meet the needs of our entire internal population. (PROJECT 15).
The drilling of an artesian well to supply all the need for drinking water that our house consumes monthly, exempting us from paying high-value bills. (PROJECT 13).
Due to the large amount of donations that are given to us in kind (furniture, household items, clothes, shoes, etc.), we need a suitable vehicle for the collection and withdrawal of these donations. (PROJECT 14).
Renovations and adjustments to all electrical and hydraulic parts in all premises of the property. (PROJECT 16).
Reinforcing our social program, we intend to considerably increase the number of families served in our project to distribute food baskets, food supplements and "in-natura" milk. (PROJECT 17).

- Project 3: Construction of the children's ward from 0 to 12 years old with separation of male / female dormitories, and the division will be in three specific wards: 0 to 2 years (nursery), from 3 to 6 years (garden) and 7 to 12 years (child).
- Project 4: Reformulation and use of the property already built to provide vocational courses for the training of teenagers, children's entertainment and continuity of family feeling.
- Project 5: Informal Computer Course for our beneficiaries and the community.
- Project 6: Bakery course for children and adults, aimed at training professionals in the area.
- Project 7: Hairdressing and Manicure course for teenagers.
- Project 8: Craft Course for our interns (women) and the local population.
- Project 9: Installation of the Toy Library for fun and entertainment for our children and those who live in the locality.
- Project 10: Assembly and installation of a TV and Video room (audio / visual) for fun and cultural improvement of our children and all who are willing to participate.
- Project 11: Setting up a specific gym for seropositive patients for lipodystrophy treatment (a change in the body's fat distribution with fat concentration in the belly, back, neck and neck (hump) and loss of fat in the arms, legs, buttocks and face - also including some metabolic changes: increased cholesterol, triglycerides, body aches). The Academy will even serve the local population at low costs. The amount to be charged for the use of the academy will be the teacher's payment. Equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes, weights, etc., must be obtained through donations.
- Project 12: We intend to renovate the existing court, so that our beneficiaries and the local population can have an incentive to sport and leisure, thus making it possible for people to use the fill your idle time with fun, taking them off the street and away from all sorts of luck that could take them to the wrong side.
- Project 13: The number of shelters we have today is large, which is why we urgently need to drill a SEMI-ARTESIAN WELL to supply all our water needs, both for personal hygiene as for washing clothes, cleaning the house, etc. Thus, without the need to pay the water utility bill, it would be another saving to be used in another way.
- Project 14: It would be extremely interesting to obtain a vehicle (utility type) for the withdrawal of donations in kind, given that, today, due to our need, we have to rely on the help of some people, who kindly provide us with a vehicle and are at our disposal for that. And, being a considerable amount, we have to hire a bigger car so that we can get what we are given.
- Project 15: Construction of 02 (two) bathrooms for visitors, so that they do not have the discomfort of using existing ones inside the house.
- Project 16: Other refurbishment services would be carried out, always aiming at improving the conditions of the property in terms of space and quality of life, with a total overhaul of the electrical and hydraulic parts.
- Project 17: The local community is extremely needy, that being said, one of our projects will be to expand the number of basic food baskets distributed free of charge. We intend to considerably increase the number of people served, reaching 3000 (three thousand) basic food baskets / year.
